Lanarkhelps has two projects, Dementia Support and Healthy Minds, which can provide individuals with jigsaws, activities and colouring books to help alleviate boredom and stress during a period of isolation or separation from others. We have a number of activities, including professionally produced activities for those who have dementia. The activities will be delivered to you by a volunteer from Lanarkhelps and so there is no need to you to leave your house and collect any activities. You can register yourself or someone else (with their permission) for these services.
